"RULES”
The
proceedings described below are not the rules as we usually understand
them (to remind you that there are no rules as such in the
System!).These are just some free advices, or you can say algorithm,
about how to work with the System. By strictly following this advice or algorithm, the participants of this System will be able to achieve benefits up to 30% per month.
नीचे
वर्णित कार्यवाही नियम नहीं हैं हम आमतौर पर इसको समझते है ( आपको याद
दिलाते हैं कि system में ऐसे कोई नियम नहीं हैं). यह सिर्फ कुछ मुफ्त सलाह
हैं या या आप सिस्टम के साथ काम करने के बारे में, algorithm कह सकते हैं। सख्ती से इस सलाह या algorithm को अपनाते हुए इस प्रणाली के participants प्रति माह 30% से लाभ प्राप्त करने में सक्षम हो साकते हैं।
1. The
official sources of information in the System MMM INDIA are: the
official web-site of Mr. Sergey Mavrodi himself which is http://www.sergey-mavrodi.

2. MAVRO
which has been introduced is like a MMM-currency. Basically, it is
nothing but an abstract calculating unit. Just like regular currency,
MAVRO has 2 different "exchange rates", one for "selling" and one for
"buying". Each participant can "sell" or "buy" MAVRO, according to the
"rates". "Purchase" and "sale" of MAVRO are carried out by special
automatic software on the official website.
These
"rates" would be established personally by Mr. SERGEY MAVRODI. Twice a
week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and, supposedly, would be growing
continually.

The approximate rate at which MAVRO grows -- 30% per month compounding
interest. The limits for purchase of MAVRO for each
participant is minimum 500 INR to maximum 50 000 INR at a particular
time. One person can have only one ID on his name.

4. The limit for purchase of MAVRO works only for "new money”. There is no 50,000 INR limit for
"old money”. For example, you already received more funds than you
gave. You are eligible to give help again equaling exactly to the amount
you received, but not more than that.

the
limit for depositing funds for each participant - is minimum 500 and
maximum 50, 000. But this works ONLY for "new money". For "old money"
there are no limits. How does it work?
If
you have already provided help for 50 thousand and after that - you
received help for more than 50 thousand (for example 10 lakhs), you are
eligible to give help again equaling exactly to that amount i.e. 10
lakhs, BUT NOT MORE.
This
is the concept of Mutual Aid Fund. If you have difficult times and need
help - take it, but later, when you have free money, by returning this
"old money" back to the System - you can give help to someone who need
it that moment. And you are not at risk, right? You already received
more funds than you gave. Why not to help someone?
Now, first of all it relates to managers, many of whom already received help from others - and it was NOT ONCE. The System automatically calculates all your transactions, and technically allows you to buy Mavro for more than 50, 000.
5. Your MAVRO is confirmed only after you transfer full 100% amount - to another participant.

6. Your MAVRO is released - after one month from the date of purchase of MAVRO.

7. If you sell MAVRO before release — it will be calculated at the rate of 0% MAVRO as on the date of purchase.

8. The rate of MAVRO continues to grow after release at the rate of 30% per month compounding interest.

9. Participants
are given guidance and help in MMM INDIA by their managers, who in fact
control their own teams. Over the ten’s manager – is a hundred’s
manager, over the hundred’s manager – is a thousand’s manager, over the
thousand’s manager – is a ten thousand’s manager and so on. And above
everyone is Administrator in India.
Participants का मार्गदर्शन और उनको मदद दी जाती है MMM India में Managers द्वारा, वास्तव में अपनी टीमों को नियंत्रित करते है। ten’s manager के ऊपर hundred’s manager, hundred’s manager के ऊपर thousand’s manager, thousand’s manager के ऊपर ten thousand’s manager इत्यादि। और हर किसी के ऊपर India में Administrator है.
All
managers are required to execute any order given by the Administrator
without any undue delay. The Administrator in India has been appointed
personally by Mr. SERGEY MAVRODI.
सभी Managers के लिए आवश्यक हैं कि Administrator द्वारा दिए गए आदेशों को बिना किसी देरी के अमल करे। India में Administrator को Mr. SERGEY MAVRODI द्वारा व्यक्तिगत तौर पर नियुक्त किया गया है.
10. MMM-CRO, the Department
of Control And Audit, has a special role, whose powers extend to all.
It monitors the integrity and honesty of all participants, as well as,
managers in all structures of MMM INDIA. The orders of CRO must be
carried out on strictly basis by absolutely everyone.

For
any violations proved by CRO or refusal to provide documents requested
by CRO, you will be immediately and permanently deleted from the System.
किसी भी उल्लंघना के CRO द्वारा साबित होने पर या CRO को दस्तावेजों के उपलब्ध न करवाने को लेकर आप तुरंत और हमेशा के लिए system से Delete केर दी जाओगे।
11.
The System consists of two main buttons: PROVIDE HELP (Buy MAVRO) and
GET HELP (Sell MAVRO). The moment you register, you press the PROVIDE
HELP (Buy MAVRO) button, which means you agree to transfer your money
as per request. When you want to Get Help (Sell MAVRO), you press the
GET HELP button. If participant didn't buy Mavro within two weeks after
registration - ID will be automatically deleted from the System.
System में दो मुख्य बटन होते हैं: PROVIDE HELP (Buy MAVRO) and GET HELP (Sell MAVRO). रजिस्टर होने के समय जब आप PROVIDE HELP (Buy MAVRO) button को दबाते है तो इसका मतलब है कि आप अनुरोध होने पर Money Transfer करने के लिए सहमत है। जब आपको मदद चाहिए (Get Help (Sell MAVRO)) तो आपको GET HELP button दबाना है। अगर कोई Participant Register होने के दो सप्ताह के भीतर Mavro नहीं खरीदता तो उसका ID अपने आप ही System से Delete हो जाता है
12. First
the System calculates the amount of requests for payments (GET HELP
button). And then, as per these calculations it will send request for
transfers RANDOMLY to the participants (PROVIDE HELP button). Not
necessarily, a request for transfer may or may not occur within a
month.
पहले System भुगतान (GET HELP button) के लिए अनुरोध की राशि की गणना करता है. और फिर, इन गणनाओं के अनुसार यह participants (PROVIDE HELP button)

13. As
per request of the System, a participant MUST transfer money WITHIN 48
HOURS to the bank account of the specified participant. In case the
participant refuses to transfer the money as per the System’s request -
this particular participant will permanently be DELETED
System

दोबारा से बहाल नही हो सकता। उस participant की transfer का अनुरोध फिर
दुसरे participant को भेज दिया जाता है।
14. The other reasons for ID's which will be deleted permanently from the System without option to restore are:
- If a participant is a Recipient and does not confirm receiving of funds from another participant within 48 hours after the payment is made;
-
If there is anything else other than authentic proof of document is
attached by Sender (E.g- fake slip or wrong slip or any image etc.);
- If a participant tries to misguide by sending false information to MMM-CRO.
बहाल करने के विकल्प के बिना System से स्थायी रूप से ID के Delete होने के लिए अन्य कारण हैं:
- अगर एक participant एक Recipient है और दुसरे participant के भुगतान हो
जाने के बाद 48 घंटे के भीतर धन की प्राप्ति की पुष्टि नहीं करता है;
- अगर दस्तावेज़ के प्रामाणिक सबूत के अलावा अन्य कुछ भी attachment
Sender द्वारा भेजा जाता है (जैसे नकली पर्ची या गलत पर्ची या किसी भी छवि
आदि);
- अगर एक participant, MMM-CRO को झूठी सूचना भेजकर गुमराह करने की कोशिश करता है.
15. Managers must link
their Personal Bank Account to "System Accounts". Participants MUST
link Personal Bank Account to "System Accounts" from the second Purchase
of MAVRO. ONLY the first time when you buy MAVRO – you can choose BY
CASH option.
Managers को अपने Personal Bank Account को "System Accounts" से लिंक करना होगा। Participants को Personal Bank Account को "System Accounts" से लिंक करना होगा MAVRO Purchase करते ही। केवल पहली बार जब आप MAVRO खरीद - तब आप BY CASH विकल्प चुन सकते हैं.
16. Participants
and managers might get funds transferred to their linked Bank Accounts
for storage. YOU CANNOT WITHDRAW IT from your bank account for any
personal use. Keep this amount until and unless the System
requests you to transfer it or use it. You MUST transfer it back as per
request of the System.
Storage के लिए Participants और managers के जुड़े हुए बैंक खातों में Transfer हो सकती है। आप किसी भी निजी इस्तेमाल के लिए अपने बैंक खाते से वो नहीं निकाल सकते हैं। तब तक यह
राशि रखें जब तक system अनुरोध न करे transfer या इसका इस्तेमाल करने के
लिए. आपको system के अनुरोध के अनुसार इसको transfer करना होगा।
17. For transferring the funds you can use NEFT, Online Banking or direct Cash Deposit. Transfer charges are always paid by Recipient. Minimum amount of transfer is 1,000 INR.
धन के Transfer के लिए आप NEFT, Online Banking or direct Cash Deposit का उपयोग कर सकते हैं. transfer शुल्क हमेशा Recipient द्वारा भुगतान किया जाता है. Transfer की न्यूनतम राशि 1,000 INR है.
18. A
manager can have only one structure under him. For example, the ten’s
manager cannot be both a ten’s manager and a hundred’s or thousand’s
manager. He is either ten’s manager, or hundred’s manager or thousand’s
manager. The change of level status after Ten's manager is automatic as per the number of participants downline.
एक Manager अपने तहत केवल एक ढांचा रख सकता है. उदाहरण के लिए, एक ten’s manager एक साथ एक ten’s manager और hundred’s या thousand’s manager नहीं हो सकता. वो केवल बस एक ten’s manager, या एक hundred’s manager या एक thousand’s manager में से एक हो सकता है . Ten's manager के बाद लेवल में बदलाव अपने आप participants की downline की संख्या के अनुसार होता है
19.
There can't more than one manager in one family, one below the other.
For example, father and son, husband and wife, brother and sister, they
should have their own separate structures, but they cannot combine
structures and be one below the other.
एक परिवा में एक Manager के नीचे उसके परिवार का कोई अन्य manager नही हो सकता। उदाहरण
के लिए, पिता और पुत्र, पति और पत्नी, भाई और बहन सभी की अलग Structures
होनी चाहिए, उनकी structures आपस में combine और एक के नीचे एक नही होनी
चाहिए
20. The
appointment of a participant to become a manager depends SOLELY on his
upline manager. The upline manager is required to test the capabilities
of the candidate and make sure he is suitable for the position
selected.
एक
Manager बनने के लिए एक participant की नियुक्ति केवल अपने अपलाइन
manager पर निर्भर करती है. अपलाइन मेनेजर के लिए आवश्यक है कि वो
participants की क्षमताओं का परीक्षण और सुनिश्चित करे की वो चयनित पद के
लिए उपयुक्त है।
21. A
manager must be aware about all the activities and updates going on in
MMM. The manager is answerable to his upline manager about his team.
एक
Manager को MMM में चल रही सभी गतिविधियों और अद्यतन के बारे में पता होना
चाहिए. Manager अपनी टीम के बारे में अपने अपलाइन Manager के प्रति
जवाबदेह है.
22. Manager MUST
• learn and abide the "Rules" on the website and browse the site every day;
• be able to answer any questions about the Rules questioned by his upline manager;
• be able to answer any questions about the Rules questioned by his upline manager;
• know how to use Skype and Google+;
• send the scan of ID proof to his upline manager;
• be in position to always take responsibility of his downline participants and always assist them.
Managers के लिए जरुरी
• Rules जानने के लिए और पालन करने के लिए website वेबसाइट को हर दिन देखना जरुरी है ;
• अपने अपलाइन manager द्वारा Rules को लेकर पूछताछ में किसी भी सवाल का जवाब देने में सक्षम होना होगा ;
• Skype and Google+ का उपयोग करने के लिए पता होना चाहिए ;
• अपने अपलाइन manager को पहचान पत्र की स्कैन भेज;
• हमेशा अपने downline के participants की जिम्मेदारी लेते हैं और हमेशा उनकी सहायता करने की स्थिति में हो.
23. There are two types of "bonuses”: referral "bonuses” and manager "bonuses”.
• Referral "bonus” is a "bonus” which a participant will receive for each new participant he introduces to the System.
Referral "bonus” is 10%.
• Manager
"bonus” is a "bonus” given to the managers in appreciation for the work
with their participants. This includes the development of his/her
structure, organization of conferences, travel expenses, advertising,
communication, Internet etc.
1st Level- 5%, 2nd Level- 1%, 3rd Level- 0.5%, 4th Level- 0.25%, 5th Level onwards- 0.1%.

1st Level- 5%, 2nd Level- 1%, 3rd Level- 0.5%, 4th Level- 0.25%, 5th Level onwards- 0.1%.
24. Manager
"bonuses" from the structure of direct downline manager of the same
level - are equal to a minimum level "bonus", which is 0.1%. For
example, your direct upline is 1k and you are ten's managers, then -
you become hundred manager, then - thousand's manager. AFTER you reach
the level of your Direct Upline - he/she starts getting ONLY 0.1%
"bonus" from any MAVRO, confirmed by the participants from your
structure. BEFORE that - his/her "bonuses" are as per level.

25. "Bonuses"
are confirmed only after your referral/downline transfers full 100%
amount - to another participant. You can convert your "bonuses" to 30% MAVRO, without selling them.
Bonuses सिर्फ तभी confirm होता है जब आपका referral/downline 100% amount transfer करता है किसी दुसरे participant को। आप अपने "bonuses" को 30% MAVRO में convert कर सकते है बिना उनको sell किए हुए
26. Referral and manager "bonuses” are given on full amount of purchased MAVRO by referral/ participant, and are released immediately after confirmation of downline/referral's MAVRO.
Referral and manager "bonuses” referral/ participant द्वारा ख़रीदे MAVRO की पूरी राशि पर दिया जाता है और downline / रेफरल के MAVRO के confirm के तुरंत बाद जारी किया जाता है.
27. You
can specify your Referrer only once. Referrer can be specified only
within the period of one week after registration.There is strictly no
chance after that.
आप केवल एक बार ही अपना Referrer निर्दिष्ट कर सकते हैं। Referrer को registration के एक बाद एक सप्ताह की अवधि के भीतर ही निर्दिष्ट किया जा सकता है. इसके बाद कोई मौका नहीं है।
28. Referral and manager "bonuses” are given only on "new money”.
Referral and manager "bonuses” केवल "new money” पर दिया जाता है
29. In
case of large-scale panic, the CALM regime will be introduced. Payments
will be stopped during this period, and for "buying" MAVRO everybody
will get a bonus. It seems one week is more than necessary to calm
people. All these panic attacks are of an emotional, spontaneous nature,
without any regular base (Because the System MMM INDIA does work! There
is no doubt about it). Usually it is just necessary to suppress the
first wave and to avoid allowing it to grow and get stronger, and to
give all the participants some time to calm down. :-))
