ING sold its entire stake of over 3% in Kotak Mahindra Bank in a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange for Rs 801.3 crore. ING Bank NV's Singapore branch, which held this stake in Kotak Bank, sold 1,06,75,028 shares for an average price of Rs 750.7 a share.
